The Generator reads the guidelines against every narrative it produces.

It flags prohibited verbs, block-billing violations, minimum-increment violations, task-specific restrictions, and prohibited categories of work. It returns a compliance note alongside every narrative. And it calibrates future outputs within the same session to the guideline rules it has read.
